Order nr.2101 / 2010 approving the Procedure of organization and operation of the register of intra and approving the form and content of forms
For registration in the register of intra, VAT registered person must complete and submit to the tax authority, the following:
- Form (095) "Application for registration / deregistration from the Register of intra" provided in Annex 2 of Order 2101/2010 published on 25.06.2010. Form found on our site section programs
- Certificates of good conduct of all members and administrators,
Individuals registered for VAT applying for the Registry of intra submitted their criminal record.
All companies or individuals authorized to receive or issue invoices to / from any EU legal person, must be entered in the register by filing Form 095.
Fines for carrying out operations without intra enrolled in this Registry are punished by the Fiscal Procedure Code with a fine between 1000 and 5000 lei. Fiscal Procedure Code updated with the new changes is available on our website in the top blue bar.
